Super Simple Pesto. I love this recipe and always have some on hand to flavour up food.
Use it on your courgette pasta, flavour your chicken, spice up your salad. It’s so GOOOOOD.
Prep time :: 10 mins Cook time :: o minutes Serves :: 4 (maybe double up the batch so you can freeze ahead)
Ingredients ::
- 2 tbsp of olive oil (add more to get to the consistency that works for you)
- ¼ c raw walnuts
- 2 c fresh basil leaves
- 2 garlic cloves
- Pinch of salt
Directions ::
- Grind the walnuts in a food processor until fine.
- Rinse the basil leaves and pat dry.
- Add the basil, garlic and salt to food processor.
- With the processor running, drizzle in 2 tbsp of olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
